1. Scope of application

The following terms of service apply for all orders and purchases through our online course platform learn.consultingperfection.com.

The contractual partner for all is easyalley GmbH. Further information about us can be found in the imprint. You can reach our customer service for questions, complaints and objections by writing a mail to [email protected]

3. Conclusion of contract

By placing purchasable products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. The contract is concluded when you click on the order button to accept the offer for the online courses contained in the shopping basket. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. A condition for the effective conclusion of a contract is always that the order process is completed when the order is sent.

Your access to an online course you purchase is limited to 3 years starting at the day of purchasing. This time period is considered on an individual basis for every course you purchase

Payment is accepted by credit card or PayPal through our check-out pages.

Credit card

Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. The activation of the online course takes place upon completion of the order, so that you can start processing the online course immediately after completion of the order.

Paypal

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You have to be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. 7. Observance and protection of copyrights and trademark rights

The documents (scripts, cases, graphic representations, podcasts, videos etc.) issued within the framework of a course or made available for retrieval via the Internet are protected by copyright. The trademarks and logos listed on the documents are protected by trademark law. Each participant is obliged to use the documents and files accessible to him only within the scope expressly permitted to him here or by virtue of mandatory statutory regulation also without our consent and not to promote unauthorized use by third parties. This shall also apply after termination of participation. The files and documents may only be downloaded and printed by course participants and only for their own further training. Downloading and printing files is only permitted within this framework - to this extent, each participant may also have the printout carried out with the technical support of third parties (e.g. a copy shop). Otherwise, all rights of use to the files and documents remain reserved. Therefore, in particular the making of copies of files or printouts for third parties, the passing on or forwarding of files to third parties or any other use for purposes other than one's own study, whether for a fee or free of charge, requires the prior written consent of easyalley GmbH even after completion of course participation. Forms of use that are permitted due to mandatory legal regulations are of course excluded from this reservation of consent.

8. Money-back guarantee

In case the course you purchased doesn’t lead to the desired result and you are asked to leave your consulting firm within the first two (2) years after starting your position, you have the right to receive a full refund for the relevant course. To receive a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with necessary proof (e.g. job contract indicating starting date and additional documentation regarding your lay-off) to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after approval.

9. No special guarantees 

Easyalley GmbH doesn’t make any promises or guarantees regarding the concrete results of our online courses. The courses shall support new consultants in building up a successful career, however we cannot and do not make any guarantees regarding concrete outcomes of taking our courses.

10. Confidentiality of login data

Each participant is obliged to keep his special access data (user name and password) confidential for individual use of the online offers available on ConsultingPerfection and not to pass them on to third parties. At the participant's request, the access data will be deleted by easyalley GmbH at any time and replaced by another code.

11. Own provision of suitable IT infrastructure and software

Upon purchasing an online course from easyalley GmbH, we only provide access to the course. Each participant is responsible for providing and guaranteeing internet access (hardware, internet connections, etc.) and other technical equipment and software (in particular web browsers and Acrobat Reader®) necessary for the use of ConsultingPerfection online services himself and at his own expense and risk.

12. Amendments to the Conditions of Participation

We reserve the right to change these conditions by deletions, replacements or additions. In such a case we will inform our participants of the change of our conditions. Each participant has the right to express his or her agreement to the amended terms and conditions within a period of 14 days from receipt of the notification. If we do not receive a statement within this period, we shall be deemed to have given our consent to the amended terms and conditions. However, this shall not apply if we have not at the same time drawn the participant's attention to the significance of his silence during the period of notice when referring to the change in our terms and conditions.

The easyalley GmbH team at info@consultingperfection is available to you as your contact for all questions, requests and problems relating to your participation and as the addressee for all declarations relating to your contract.

14. Privacy protection

Please refer to our privacy policy to inform about our measures to protect your data and privacy.

15. Right of revocation

In the following you receive an instruction about the condition and consequences of the legal right of revocation.According to German law, consumers from Germany have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period shall be fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (easyalley GmbH, Buchholzstraße 34a, 53127 Bonn, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for such refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund.

18. Severability clause

Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract.
