From onboarding and managing many new hires, I can tell that especially in your first months on the job, the gap between what is expected from you and what you are able to deliver is often the biggest. Since the required skills are not taught at universities or during official onboarding trainings, I decided to develop a training program tailored to the needs of new hire management consultants.
